The Mayhem Motorboat is not a place named in Fortnite, so you will not see it on the map. It's a landmark, so there is no real marker or waypoint to drive you. You can find the Mayhem motorboat next to the great shit that leads to the Hydro 16 site, just off Lake Lazy. We marked the exact location on the map below.
The Mayhem motorboat is an area that can take up challenges, and it's a solid place to land at the beginning of a tour. Not surprisingly, there are many motorboats in the area, as well as a Choppy on the island in the middle of Lake Lazy. The area is also filled with boxes of ammunition, booty chests and even booty sharks. Fishing is abundant, so you can also fill up with weapons and supplies that way if you wish.
You can also run against the show here, which is one of the challenges of season 3 of the week 4. To do this, simply get into a boat, then follow the starting line of the against the watch. A timer will start counting, and when it will reach zero, you can move forward, in the rings that will appear.
